Roll For Initiative (RFI) was created out of the need for an independant system of support.  Tired of corporations whose hands were tied up with alliance politics and alliances with more enemies than pilots, a small group of pilots regrouped and formed a type of corporation that can only be described as truely unique.

Each member of RFI holds the same level as a director in any other corporation; i.e. they have complete control over the hangars, the ships, the money, and the direction RFI takes in the Empire.  This level of responsibility requires that all members of RFI be in complete agreement over issues regarding the corporation, and have its best interest in mind at all times.  The benefit of this arrangement is that RFI can operate with any number of its operatives online, and always pulls enough profit to cover all pilots expenses. 

The flip side of this is that we only accept the most dedicated and trustworthy pilot into our midst.
